Delete your account
You can permanently delete your XX.PLATES account and all of your ads here. Buyers have no account, so if you only browse there is nothing to delete.
Deleted immediately
- Your account, display name and email address
- Your registered WhatsApp number
- All of your ads, live or expired
- Reports filed about your ads
Retained, but unlinked from you
- Ad-fee payment records (amount, date, transaction reference) for five years — a financial record UAE law requires us to keep.
- The moderation log, because deleting it would erase the record of decisions concerning other users.
After deletion neither of them contains your name, email or number.
